No physical goods are supplied.
3.template licence
When you purchase a Framer template from Happily Unstuck, you are purchasing a licence to use the template, not ownership of the template itself.
Licence Grant
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the purchased template.
One Licence = One End Product
Each licence permits:
One purchaser
One website, project, or end product
A separate licence must be purchased for each additional website, project, client project, or end product.
Permitted Uses
You may:
Use the template for personal projects
Use the template for commercial projects
Modify and customise the template
Publish a website built using the template
Use the template for a client project provided a separate licence is purchased for each client website
Prohibited Uses
You may not:
Use one licence for multiple websites or end products
Share template files with others
Resell or redistribute the template
Sub-license the template
Upload template files to marketplaces or repositories
Offer the template as a downloadable resource
Create derivative templates for resale
Claim ownership of the original template design
Remove copyright or attribution notices where applicable
Any unauthorised use immediately terminates the licence granted under these Terms.
4.intellectual property
All content available through Happily Unstuck, including but not limited to:
Framer templates
Website designs
Visual assets
Graphics
Logos
Branding
Text content
Educational materials
Videos
Tutorials
Documentation
is owned by Happily Unstuck and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws, except where a separate license has been purchased for e.g Lordicon icons, or used within the scope of for e.g Framer.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
5.user content
If you submit testimonials, reviews, comments, feedback, or other content to us, you grant Happily Unstuck a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, and display such content for marketing and business purposes.
You retain ownership of your original content.
6.pricing & payments
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may be subject to taxes where required by law.
Payments are processed through trusted third-party providers including Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, Gumroad, or other authorised payment processors.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.
Price changes will not affect completed purchases.
7.refund policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once access has been granted.
However, Happily Unstuck offers a 48-hour refund window for eligible purchases.
Refund requests must:
Be submitted within 48 hours of purchase
Include details of the issue experienced
Be sent to hello@happilyunstuck.com
Refund requests may be refused where:
The refund request falls outside the refund period
The product has been substantially downloaded, copied, or used
There is evidence of misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity
The request is inconsistent with these Terms
