At Happily Unstuck, we sell digital products, including Framer templates, design resources, educational materials, and downloadable content.
Because our products are delivered instantly and can be downloaded immediately after purchase, special rules apply under UK consumer law.

1.digital products
All products sold through Happily Unstuck, under the trading name of UXSTORIES are digital products.
No physical goods are shipped.
Upon successful payment, customers receive immediate access to the purchased files and resources.
2.your consumer rights
Under UK consumer law, consumers generally have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases.
However, for digital content supplied immediately after purchase, this right can be lost where:
You expressly request immediate access to the digital content; and
You acknowledge that you will lose your statutory right to cancel once delivery begins.
By purchasing and downloading a product from Happily Unstuck, you acknowledge and agree that delivery begins immediately and that your statutory cancellation rights may no longer apply.
3.our 48-hour refund guarantee
Although digital product sales are generally final, we want customers to purchase with confidence.
For this reason, we offer a voluntary 48-hour refund window.
You may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase if:
The product is not as described;
You experience a technical issue that prevents access or use;
You purchased the product in error; or
There is another reasonable issue that we are unable to resolve.

4.when refunds may be refused
Refunds may be declined where:
The request is made more than 48 hours after purchase;
The product has been extensively used, implemented, copied, shared, or redistributed;
The request relates to a change of mind after significant use of the product;
The issue can reasonably be resolved through support or troubleshooting;
There is evidence of abuse of the refund policy;
The purchase was made fraudulently.
We reserve the right to investigate refund requests before approving them.
5.faulty or defective digital products
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If a digital product is:
Faulty;
Not as described;
Not fit for its intended purpose; or
Cannot be supplied as advertised,
you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

If you experience any problems accessing or using a product, please contact us before requesting a refund.
In many cases we can resolve issues quickly through support, updates, or replacement files.

7.processing refunds
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, although your payment provider may take longer to return funds to your account.
8.chargebacks
